The promise

We'd rather you keep your money than your doubt. If the document doesn't feel like it describes your child, request a full refund within 30 days of delivery and we'll process it without asking why.

How to request

Email refunds@letterim.com with the subject line Refund and the email address you used at checkout. We don't need a long explanation. A line is fine.

Timing

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the request. Stripe takes another 5–10 business days to return the funds to your card depending on your bank.

Print editions

If the printed book has already shipped, the digital portion is fully refundable; the printing and shipping costs (about $40 of the $129 total) are refundable only if the book is returned in saleable condition. If the book hasn't shipped yet, the full $129 is refundable.

Subscription

The AI Chat Unlimited subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellations stop the next billing cycle; the current month is not pro-rated, but you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

After a refund

We delete the order from our active records within 30 days. Your interactive page will stop working — please save the PDF locally if you want to keep a copy.

No quibbles

We aren't going to argue with you. If you ask, we refund. The reason this policy is so generous is that it's the only way the rest of the product makes sense — a document about your child should either land or not, and you should be the judge.
